The tranquility and natural beauty of The Royal Ottawa makes it an ideal setting for a company retreat, business meeting, or group get-together. Centrally located only 10 minutes from downtown Ottawa - Gatineau, yet far enough away from corporate distractions, The Royal is a perfect location for a Corporate get away. Although The Royal Ottawa Golf Club is a private club, we do offer limited access to our facilities to non-members for meetings and special events
Our meeting facilities include the Board Room with high speed internet, and the main function room for groups of up to 14. The Founders Room is an ideal multi-purpose room for corporate meetings, private parties, weddings; equipped with full size projection screen; has a capacity of 40 - 60 people; and the room can be set up to meet your requirements. Other audio visual equipment available upon request. Groups may also have the option of the Pine Room (accommodating up to 50 guests) or the Dining Room for a large meeting.
The Royal offers a variety of options for your meeting or reception. You can chose from 10 different venues within the Tudor style building; the options ranging from an elegant evening on the verandah to a corporate meeting in our Board Room to a Cocktail reception in the Dining Room.
